Vous vous souvenez de la pétition concernant Rachidou Boueka, suite au troisième refus de visa à son encontre alors qu’il souhaitait faire un stage de comparaison en France ?
Un avocat, missionné par ODM, avait transmis un recours auprès du tribunal administratif de Nantes en février 2024 et nous avons enfin reçu la réponse du tribunal en juillet 2025 : « Il résulte de tout ce qui précède que M. Boueka est fondé à demander l’annulation de la décision attaquée. Sous réserve pour l’intéressé de justifier préalablement d’un report du stage, objet de la demande, il est enjoint au ministre d’Etat, ministre de l’intérieur de faire délivrer un visa d’entrée et de court séjour en France à M. Boueka dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la notification du présent jugement ».
Rachidou avait rendez-vous jeudi 2 octobre, pour déposer sa demande de visa, il est attendu en novembre au CHU de Pontchaillou, à Rennes, pour un stage de comparaison en ORL.
Alors enfin, ce stage va avoir lieu, nous sommes contents de vous l’annoncer mais on continue de croiser les doigts, jusqu’à l’accord de visa et l’arrivée de Rachidou.

Do you remember the petition for Rachidou Boueka, after his third visa refusal to pursue a comparative internship in France ?
A lawyer, commissioned by ODM, filed an appeal with the Administrative Court of Nantes in February 2024. We finally received the court’s decision in July 2025 : “Based on the above, Mr. Boueka is entitled to request the annulment of the contested decision. Provided that he first demonstrates a postponement of the internship in question, the Minister of the Interior is ordered to issue Mr. Boueka with an entry and short-stay visa for France within two months of the notification of this judgment.”
Rachidou had an appointment on Thursday, October 2, to submit his visa application. He is expected in November at Rennes University Hospital (CHU de Pontchaillou) for his internship in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat).
At last, this internship will happen ! We’re thrilled to share this news, but we’ll keep our fingers crossed until the visa is approved and Rachidou arrives safely.
